Rates for Conference:
Cancellation/Refund Deadline for Conference: September 30, 2024. Transfers/substitutions for registrations are allowed prior to the start date of the program. Cancellations received in writing to [email protected] by Sept. 30, 2024 will receive a refund, less a 25% administrative handling fee. Cancellations received after Sept. 30, 2024 are non-refundable.
Hotel Information for 2024 TCACC Annual Meeting
This year's conference will be at the Westin Las Colinas in Irving, Texas, and TCACC is offering a block of hotel rooms at a reduced rate for attendees. Quantities are limited so book ASAP!

Please be mindful that group rate cut-off date is Friday, September 27, 2024; after which the group rate will no longer be guaranteed. Guests may also reserve via phone by calling The Westin's Central Reservations Line at 1-877-619-7539 and referencing “ TCACC 2024 Annual Meeting”. Cancellation for group reservations is 24 hours prior to arrival. Please be mindful that any reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival or non-arrivals will be subject to one night room and tax penalty.

Fellows in Training (FIT) / Cardiovascular (CV) Team Call for Abstracts
The Texas Chapter of the American College of Cardiology (TCACC) invites current cardiology fellows, residents, and CV Team Members to submit abstracts for the Abstract Competition during the TCACC Annual Meeting taking place October 19-20, 2024.
